Neodymium Magnets, or Neotube Magnets, are extremely strong magnets which are used in the construction industry for their extreme strength and magnetic properties. While these special magnets have no practical use, some industries still use them to give their construction equipment extra strength and magnetic power.
Neodymium is a rare-earth metal that’s formed by the rare-oxygenation of ores, and the element’s high permeability to electricity. It’s a naturally occurring element found in all major deposits including those of iron, silver, copper, zinc, titanium, lead, and manganese. Neodymium also has strong magnetic properties due to its rare-oxygen concentration. Neodorium spheres are unique, because they are composed of multiple magnets with an outer shell composed of Neoprene, a material capable of producing Neodymium spheres. In its purest form, the material is very brittle, which makes it difficult to manufacture Neodorium spheres.
Neodymium sphere magnets are produced using the Neodorium Neoprene system. The process involves melting down a block of Neodorium Neoprene in a high temperature environment. It then turns into a sphere of Neodymium Neoprene in the form of a sphere magnet. A large number of balls are then made. Because of their thickness and weight, this product requires extreme care in handling. However, the Neodorium products do not contain any harmful chemicals that could affect the health of its users.
